This Cedar Elm originated from seeds brought to the California Bonsai Society Convention in 1997 and was cultivated by Ray Blasingame. Acquired as a five-gallon plant in 2001, Robert Pressler has since developed the tree through clip-and-grow pruning. It is planted in a Jim Gremel pot and is a favorite among the children who visit Robert’s garden.
