Initially grafted with Kishu foliage by Boon Manakitivipart in 2004, this Shimpaku Juniper was first styled by Daisaku Nomoto before being showcased at the Bay Island Bonsai show. Recently wired and prepared for this year’s expo, its current shape reflects years of careful refinement.
