About this display

Pacific Bonsai Museum

This Korean Hornbeam was collected in 1979 from the mountains north of Pusan, Korea, and has been part of the Pacific Bonsai Museum’s collection since 1989. In 2007, Korean artist Su Hyung Yoo restyled the tree, giving it a stout, aged appearance by removing the top two-thirds of the trunk.
